Muncie Obedience Training Club

A well-trained dog is a happy, well-adjusted member of the family

**New Trick Dog Class**

This class is intended for dogs who have completed a STAR Puppy or Basic Obedience Class.

Are you still struggling with your dog’s behaviors at home and in public? While this class will focus on tricks from the Novice and Intermediate lists of accepted tricks (see below for links), you can also expect to gain a better bond with your dog. That bond will decrease problem behaviors from your canine partner.

Sign up now!! Let’s learn some new behaviors as we play with our dogs.

  • AKC Novice Trick Dog (TKN) – Your dog must perform 10 skills from the Novice list. (If a dog has a Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certificate or title on record at AKC, it only needs to perform 5 Novice tricks to earn the Novice title.)
  • AKC Intermediate Trick Dog (TKI) – Your dog must have the Novice title, plus perform 10 Intermediate tricks from the Intermediate list.

You and your dog will be tested on the last day of class.

— Read through the information on the AKC website, if you want a more thorough understanding of what is required and expected to earn a Trick Dog Title.

Congratulations to our new Graduates!
